It is safe to have sex while you are pregnant. Use condoms or another form of contraception until you are ready to get pregnant again.

It is okay to have sex while you are breastfeeding. Unless you wish to get pregnant, use contraception all the time and every time. Sex per se will not destroy milk or harm the baby. Wish you good health!

Having sex in no way affects your milk in any adverse way. You may notice "let-down" of milk during sexual stimulation. particularly nipple/breast stimulation. You also can get pregnant, so make sure to use some type of birth control if you aren't ready to have another child this soon.
