Absolutely, while majority of chest pain is caused by musculoskeletal sources, the presence and possible involvement of vital organs, such as heart and lungs makes it critical to have chest pain investigated and at least explained properly. Start with your pediatrician who knows you best.

Absolutely must see a Doctor, Chest pains is not necessarily due to your heart, but to make sure nothing else is going on you better consult a Doctor for evaluation.
