A member asked:

What causes vertego?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many diseases: Vertigo, or the hallucination of movement, either subjective or objective, can be caused by a number of inner ear diseases. Benign positional vertigo, meniere's disease, labyrinthitis (inner ear infection) are but a few. Vertigo can also be the result of a number of central (brain) problems. Therefore because you are describing a symptom, you need a diagnosis. Start with an ENT doctor.
