A monocyte percentage of 12% with a normal WBC count is absolutely nothing to worry about and is of no clinical significance. In life and in medicine, don't get in habit of worrying about isolated numbers. It is symptoms that signify disease, albeit many illnesses/diseases are "silent killers" and need to be looked for. No need to be concerned.
