There are often weight changes during and after a period; most of this is due to increased fluid/water weight caused by hormonal changes. However, if you don't feel well during your period and you're eating less because of that, you may lose weight during that time. If your weight goes back up to what it was before, I would try not to worry...but if still concerned, please see your doctor.
