I just moved in with a cat, im worried i have allergies, but its been a few hours with it and only a slight runny nose some itchiness, should i be worried about anaphaxis etc? really worried cant sleep without knowing?

Your symptoms may be related to an allergy to cat dander, but they are not consistent with anaphylaxis, relatively rare in above described conditions otherwise.
