Id had remissions on genital psoriasis when it would fully clear up. as i stopped looking after it, it covered bigger areas on genitals. i started treatment and patches, redness faded but the area is still darker (pinkish). will it clear up too?

This is a tough question and difficult to know the ultimate outcome for you. That said those slightly darker areas may stay that way and not totally clear up. For the best cosmetic results it is important that you treat your psoriasis consistently and not episodically.
