I would be concerned that this sensation will not last. I recommend moving to thevDASH DIET-low sodium version as my record pt at loss with strict adherence cos. 140 lbs. Get the book by TJ Moore. Read it and then try Chapter 9 if your local Dr agrees.

If you do not have any other symptoms other than decreased appetite, accept it as a blessing. You should eat three regular meals a day. Cut the portion size . For the snacks please use popcorn with butter flavored spray, a small cup of mixed nuts, a cup of Dannon yogurt, peanut butter 1 Tbsp, Flavored ice and,fruit except banana grapes cantaloupe‘s and watermelons . Hope it helps
