Yes. Depending on the steroid and the dose, and more importantly the disorder for which you are taking steroids, you could develop electrolyte imbalance.

Electrolyte abnormalities induced by steroids are relatively commonly seen in practice,that is why goals, duration and dose adjustments have to be tightly discussed and followed during treatment.
