Take a test: You may be able to test if you are pregnant by now. Stress can cause problems for pregnancies, but lifting itself might be more harmful than the "grunts". Many pregnancies at early stages without anyone being aware - may be poor embryo development in most cases. If you think the meet is going to be stressful and you are desperate for this possible pregnancy - avoid the meet. Who knows?
