Unlikely: Combiflam is a combination medicine, paracetamol and ibuprofen, both are category B, meaning: animal studies showed no risk to fetus,human studies unavailable, human fetal risk possible but unlikely. Ibuprofen though isn't recommended to be used inthird trimester of pregnancy. Just be cautious with any drug and ask your doctor/read the labels carefully,wish u a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
