So your "pelvic" discomfort it external genital and anal, right? This sounds like a yeast infection, triggered by the antibiotic. You could try an over-the-counter "azalea" cream or suppository, but get professional care if that doesn't work. Assuming you're sexually active, you should have been tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc. More to follow in comments below...
