Although withdrawal bleeding can occur from the "emergency contraceptive pill" 6-7 days later, the bleeding on 28/7 may represent a menstrual period or could indicate pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and if positive, see your GYN physician for an exam and other testing.
