Hi i am 17 years old and i am feeling discomfort (slight) in my right testis and while i pee i feel like a slight pain in one of my penile vein this all started from few days ago i was also dignosed with uti i there any thing to worry or its common ?

Urinary tract infection is very common and usually characterized by frequent urination and painful urination. Your symptoms sound like your may have contracted an STD. I would see a trusted, board-certified urologist to rule out the latter condition.
