I had punctual plus put into my eyes about a few weeks ago. i was told it is supposed to last 4-6 months. i want to know if it's possible for them to fall out and how would i know. it was put in for dry eyes?

There is a tendency for these to fall out. If it relieves the symptoms and then falls out you will feel the initial symptoms. Most of these have a sort of cap that looks like a round disc with a hole in the middle. You can view this with a magnifying mirror and a flashlight. If yours looks like this now, and one day is not there, then you have lost it.
