Sounds like allergies. If you have other allergy symptoms you may want to take a systemic medication like Zyrtec. If it's strictly the eyes, you can take OTC allergy drops (Zaditor, etc.). You want to stay away from any drops with steroids. If you're symptoms persist or worsen, you should see your ophthalmologist to rule out infection.
