This could be a type of migraine headache but if it is a new headache never evaluated by a Dr you should see a Dr for thorough history & physical (including careful neurological exam). Numbness all over would unlikely be due to a tumor, more likely to a migraine type headache, but an evaluation is needed & Dr can recommend things to do & things to avoid, or order tests if needed.
