High risk behavior and if either partner has active, untreated HIV, there is a definite risk if viral transmission- either during this episode or some similar act in future. At the least, both partners need to get tested.

Any sexual contact can transmit HIV. But the circumstances you describe -chances are minimal. If in doubt have person tested. I would suggest be careful if partners status of HIV is not known.
