There is no cancer, but there is inflammation and response of the lung to such inflammation. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without examining you. You and your doctor should talk to the pathologist who examined the tissue.

I've had chest pain and shortness of breath for three months now. It gets worse even just from writing and typing. It's hard to stay asleep at night.
As of December I have chest pain/discomfort when standing & am quickly exhaustedstairs are very hard. Discomfort resolves when supineI am typing lying down. Can't go to work. Cardiologist did ultrasound and chem. stress test & cleared me. Help?
