If you are no longer having the symptoms, call the prescribing doctor and give him the details. He will be OK with you stopping the medicine. If you still have the symptoms, go to the ER to be evaluated. You have not mentioned why you were given Macrobid. Perhaps you will be able to tolerate another antibiotic. You need your doctor's help.
