I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer had a full hysterectomy have a microscopic spot still in one of my lymth nodes but i had the oder like sewage before an after. what could this be. i hate it its embarrassing ?

Can you clarify where does the odor come from? Lymph node involvement should have nothing to do with the odor, whatever in any part of your body. Complication of an extensive pelvis surgery could cause fistula between colon and certain organ in the pelvis and that could be the source of odor.
