There are several possibilities for such symptoms. Among the common causes are yeast infection, genital herpes, and allergy to vaginal products (e.g. perfumes etc). You cannot safely figure this out or treat it on your own. See a doctor ASAP; speed is especially important if it turns out to be herpes -- the earlier the better for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Good luck.
