I have genital herpes and genital warts but i havent had a outbreak of the herpes yet and i had a big wart last year but it went away now all of sudden another wart is appearing what couldve caused this?

Genital warts are triggered by strains of HPV well known for the potential to clear initially but hibernate in the tissues. They can clear initially but reactivate. Local treatment can remove obvious warts and recurrences are uncommon but always possible.
