A member asked:

How do you know if your t cells and b cells are low?

You have a physician who decides, based on your history & exam that it is worthy of testing and get tests done. You would otherwise not know. Such issues arise in a number of conditions far to numerous to discuss in the limited space allowed.

If you do not have frequent, unusual or persistent infection, there is no need to evaluate your T and B lymphocytes. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
