Mainly fever: In addition to other symptoms as fatigue, rash, diarrhea, cough, all due to repeated respiratory and gut infections. Blood stream infection and urinary tract infections would be possible too, that said, the condition is relative, low T cells can be transient, primary or secondary, mild or severe, though the question looks simple, the answer is complex,and patients with T cell need to be monitored
