If the "two tests" were "home pregnancy tests", low levels of pregnancy hormone may not register. Pregnancy can also occur outside the uterus (ectopic), so wait another week, and obtain a serum HCG test, which is very accurate, to be certain about pregnancy. If HCG is positive, see your GYN physician for an exam and other testing (ultrasound).
