Hi i have a large lump under my left rib cage . i have lost a lot of weight. my stool habits frequently change from diarrhea to constipation. the lump sits just below the ribs and can be pushed and it's not a hard lump it's soft ?

I am not sure if that lump is related to your other symptoms but it can be. It may be a lipoma or other skin lesion, or an enlarged lymph node . You may have a GI issues. Losing weight is a concerning symptom. You need to see a doctor in person, an internet evaluation can only go so far
