Some normal women occasionally skip a cycle or two. Cramping is a symptom common to multiple issues of the digestive tract among others & those issues often involve appetite loss/nausea. As long as you feel you can function okay you can monitor the situation for now. Keep well hydrated and focus on easily digested foods, like carbs/protein. Fats can linger & cause indigestion.
