My test result came out and there is pus cell 2-4/hpf in my vagina with yeast cell ++ an epth 4-6/hpf please what does it mean?

You did not say why the test was done. however if you saw a doctor to have the test done the doctor would know what to do to help you. I mean you did not give enough information for the best help. It may mean you have yeast infection but unfortunately yeast may be seen in the vagina without being a problem and not cause any symptom.
