Is smelling sanitizer or any thing that has alcohol considered as drug (or something like that)?the alcohol is dangerous or not?

Describe "smelling". If you are sitting in a confined space inhaling the fumes for hours you are getting the same exposure to the alcohol as drinking it. The toxicity would depend on the type of alcohol. Ethanol is less toxic than methanol which can kill you in small doses. If you mean just casually smelling it in passing the exposure is unlikely to cause a problem.
