My last period ended june 7-8th-ish (started jun3), i had unprotected sex june14 but took plan b right away, now a week before my period (jun27), i am having dark brown sticky but kind-of dry vaginal discharge. is that normal or is it implantation?

Given the timing of "unprotected sex", a "dark brown discharge" may be from implantation. If your period is delayed, wait another week and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about possible pregnancy, b/c "Plan B" is not 100% protective. The discharge may also be from withdrawal bleeding from Plan B hormones, so the HCG test may be negative.
