Does oral herpes mean that someone without any stds can give me oral and not get my herpes?

No, if you are HSV +, you can potentially transmit the virus by mouth, hand, rectum, or any secretion by close contact with another person, it is usually transmitted by bodily fluids, kissing or mouth contact, hand contact, or sexual contact

You can infect someone only by direct contact with your infected site(s). In most people with oral herpes, the infection is oral only, not genital: they can infect someone by contact with their mouth, but not their genital area. A partner can have oral contact with your genitals area and will not catch your oral HSV infection, but would be at risk from kissing you, or if you give oral sex.
