Common house flies lay eggs in decaying organic matter (rotting stuff...). The first stage after hatching is the maggot stage. So it's really really unlikely that a fly would lay eggs in your hair unless you have rotting stuff there 🤔. Hope this helps!

The simple house fly can lay eggs on your hair but not on clean, washed hair. Keeping your hair clean at all times will avoid this from happening.
