It depends: It depends on the type of autism. If autism spectrum d/o such as asperger's, perhaps possible. Severe autism might make such a diagnosis very difficult to impossible. Borderline pd generally relates to others very differently than those with severe autism also.

Autistic Spectrum : Disorder is a categorical diagnosis made when observable behaviors fulfill the dsm-v criteria. People with ASD have a higher incidence of comorbid psychiatric disorders than the general population. However, lack of theory of mind makes it very unlikely that a child with ASD could have the kinds of psychological reactions to detrimental early experiences that are thought to lead to bpd.
