My mother's stomach has been bloated/swollen for about 2 months. she also often experiences pain in the center of her stomach and sometimes feels nauseous. google points to stomach or ovarian cancer. what is the likelihood of it & possible causes?

Could be any of several issues from Acid Reflux, to Peptic Ulcer, Gall Bladder issues... While Google can be helpful it does not have the Hands-On of the Doctor. Good idea to see the PCP for a good medical evaluation and appropriate treatment. The sooner, the better.
