Proabably not: Most ovarian cancers don't reach enormous sizes to allow bloating or palpation. They metastasize readily and to a site of TGF-B, that is the omentum which produces a factor allowing ascetic fluid to fill the abdomen. At that time on palpation, the bloating is not from gas but from fluid distention. A qualified physician can tell on palpation or with somography if ovarian Ca is there.
