I have recently had gonorrhea june 4th and i had went to the doctor and when i got my results back i went straight to the doctors june 10th and got it treated everything has cleared up but i have one question why sometimes my back gets hot ?

It's good to hear your gonorrhea was treated and has been cured. But you back "sometimes gets hot" has nothing to do with gonorrhea, which does not cause such a symptom. Discuss with your doctor if it continues or you remain concerned. Good luck.
