Nothing is 100%, however, from what you described the risk of pregnancy is remote. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Plan B pill (levonorgestrel) does not give you 100% protection. You took right after unprotected sex but the chance of conception is still there which depends upon where you are in your cycle. Remember levonorgestrel only helps to prevent or delay ovulation.
