At age 70, would not be unusual to have microvascular angiopathy (narrowing of smaller arteries secondary to buildup of internal plaque). This may or may not lead to eventual stroke, so, best you have your regular doctor check out risks for heart attacks and strokes. A decision for anti platelet measures may be in order
