Hello, im desperate. i took a plan b pill about 14 days ago, and today, i noticed a very light red coloring blood. because of lack of information, i took the plan b, although i regularly take birth control. is it spotting? am i pregnant?

"Plan B" is not 100% protective against pregnancy, and "very light" bleeding can happen just from sexual activity from an inflamed cervix. If you period is late, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. If you are taking oral bcp's, punctuality is essential to avoid breakthrough bleeding (active pills w/in the hour of the prior day's pill), but high 90% protection remains.
