A urologist told me last month that i don't have peyronie's disease but i have observed that my penile curvature has added a few degrees, still under 20 degrees. can this be a sign of either peyronies or fracture? i don't have any pain or discomfort?

That sounds like a great question for the urologist. A fracture comes from trauma - so you can address the possibility of trauma to the penis.
