You definitely need an in person.Go to your PCP.If you have been using baby wipes,discontinue them due to Contact Dermatitis.Wipe with white toilet paper,if you wish moisten with water.You could have a Staph/Strep infection of the area making everything red/raw,Lichen sclerosus et atrophicans, psoriasis, even a precancerous&many other possibilities.Try diaper cream,but wipe well to go to PCP.
