We have no data to determine much of what you ask. That said teens have gotten vaccines routinely for decades with no evidence it made any difference in their growth. The covid disease, though uncommon in teens has hospitalized many and been responsible for severe disease. So far the risk of disease appears to be worse than that of any vaccine but the issue remains under study.
