When antibiotics are given for wide spectrum of bacteria, usually fungal infection happen. You can take over the counter anti fungal vaginal product. For anal itching, sitz bath may help. It could be that skin has candida infection causing itching..Soon you wil be free from PID and side effects of medication will vanish. Good luck.Hope it helps.
