What are the chances of hypocapnia/ respiratory alkalosis causing seizures to a normal human being with no medical conditions?

Respiratory alkalosis can cause tetany in otherwise healthy people. While this is not seizure but could initiate a seizure in an otherwise susceptible person. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

As Dr Singh points out, this could result in an non-epileptic "seizure", and this needs sorting out. If this is repetitive, i.e., more than one, this would potentially represent epilepsy and would require treatment. See a neurologist, avoid driving, use of power equipment, activities at heights, until this is convincingly diagnosed.
