The amount of exposure to weed, you described, will not affect your medication. It would be better to abstain from weed, alcohol and any street drugs. All these will mess up your brain. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
