Started taking lexapro (10mg) wednesday, thursday i had pain in my right side under the ribs as well as a rash forming on my face. continued through friday, stopped meds on saturday and the pain kinda stopped, rash is fading. worth the er or wait?

You do not have any emergency to justify going to the ER. It looks like your problem is already getting better. But you should contact your doctor who gave you the prescription for the Lexapro so that he/she can guide you as to how to adjust your medication in case you have allergy to this medication.
