Although pregnancy is (remotely) possible with salpingectomy, it is unlikely, but with sexual activity, bleeding from an inflamed cervix can produce clots. See your gyn physician for an exam, as cryocautery can be done to correct cervical inflammation. Get a serum HCG test to make sure the salpingectomy is still functional.
