There is a remote possibility that you can be born with a STD gained as a fetus from an untreated mother, but these are exceedingly rare with modern healthcare

STD means sexually transmitted disease. So if one does not have sex one cannot transmit There are other ways to get but they are extremely rare so the odds are near 0
