Can we move a cancerous cervical lymph node when we touch it ? i have a lump under my jaw about 2cm, movable, since 2.5 weeks. my ent told me it's pharyngitis + other causes like mite allergy and smoking daily. weird feeling in throat but 0 symptoms?

Yes, cancerous lymph nodes would be movable when you hold and move them. You node(2cm) is fairly large. Check its size over the next 1-3 months. If it getting bigger you should go back to your doctor for a recheck.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
